Babati Cultural Tour includes traveling from the Arusha-Dodoma Road in the Rift Valley, south of Lake Manyara National Park and west of Tarangire where Babati town is situated. Babati town boasts Lake Babati where floating hippos can be watched and which is rich in fish, including both Tilapia and Nile Perch. With this Babati Cultural Tour, visitors will also witness the women wearing traditional goat-skin dresses while the men walk around with sharp spears. Visitors can interact freely with the Barbaig, commonly known as the Mangati, living in the Mang’ati plains.
